Jambalaya from Sam Paul of Smokin Low Carb Start off with the trinity and saute' in olive oil. Season with Old Bay, salt, pepper, and Tony's. Add in smoked sausage and let it render some fat, then dump in chicken breast cut up into chunks. Add more seasoning & liquid crab boil. Once chicken is almost cooked, add in grated cauli. Add a little more seasoning then put the lid on. Once cauli is tender, put in shrimp and turn on stove eye. Let it sit for 6-7 mins. Taste and add seasonings as needed.
