Oblique Twists - This exercise is great for your side muscles and to help abolish those muffin tops. You'll need a stability ball. Start by sitting with knees raised and ball held by both hands in front. Keep back straight. Raise legs and twist torso slowly from right, centre, left, centre. Repeat as many times a you can.
