To make smoked eggs you will need the following: 1 dozen boiled eggs (Med - Lrg size)1 Quart jar, 1 Cup water 6 Tblsps. Soy sauce, 4 Tblsps. liquid smoke, 1 teaspoon sugar. Combine the last 4 ingredients in the jar and then place the eggs (PEELED ONLY) in the mixture. Place the jar in the fridge for 4 days, Shake the jar well whenever you go into the fridge to make sure that the eggs are evenly done. Slice the eggs and enjoy them on a cracker.
