Boneless pork ribs in crockpot. SO tender. 1 part sweet chili sauce, 1 part soy sauce, 1/2 part water. Mix those together with a teaspoon of black pepper, garlic powder, and if you have it, some Chinese five spice powder. All in the crockpot, 6-8 hours on low. I'm sure they'd be great with almost any marinade!
