Before the Death Eater attacks begin...there is no food that is “off limits” when you’re trying to lose fat. Regardless of your goal, you can have everything on either side of the page.-The reason I separated it like this is for ease of use and understanding. The left side (fat loss) is foods that tend to be lower calorie, higher protein, & filling so you can eat more without blowing past your daily calories.
