traveyard: I'm probably going to go with this 12x20 shed for my house instead of building a tiny house on wheels. The front door needs to be moved so that space can be used as a bathroom, but other than that it's perfect and still mobile (though not QUITE as mobile as a tiny house on wheels obvs)
