High doses of prednisone keep me acting like this mess. #painsomnia strikes again. My low back and spine are throbbing plus knees, feet, neck, shoulders, hands...the usual suspects. But holy cow my hips are about an 8 out of 10 pain-wise. Ouch, ouch, ouch...#trochantericbursitis is no joke. I think it's time for more steroid injections. Happy New Year, everybody.
